Mindfulness Cards

These cards are hand illustrated, with kind words on the back. Each card will be hidden or handed out to the general public, wherever I may be.

I wanted to give something back to the community. These may be little in size but help in a big way. Many of us go through our days without hearing anything supportive or helpful. That can wear on anyone. My work focuses on mental health, and being present and mindful in the moment, and I wish to pass that along to you.

I hope these cards can give a boost to those that find them.

This is a form of “pay it forward” and I would love to write what lifts your mood up on one of these. I can make up all sorts of inspirational things focused on mental health, but I will eventually start repeating myself. That’s where you come in! Fill out the form below and feed into the inspiration, and mental health of the world.

There are a few rules to paying it forward with a mindful note:

  1. No religious references, quotes, chapters, verses, etc. I want to make sure all messages are inclusive to everyone.

  2. No hate speech, slurs, or manipulative quotes.

  3. Give credit where credit is due. If you are quoting someone else leave their name.

  4. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY be positive and kind.
